2. Personal data we collect
We collect your data when you fill out the quote or contact form on this site, email us, or contact our sales team.
- Identification and contact: name, email, phone and/or WhatsApp.
- Work data: company or mine site, job title, project or mine location.
- Project data: product or service of interest, sizes, lengths, technical specifications and any files you attach.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and time on site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in the messages or files you send us.
3. Purposes
Primary purposes (needed to handle your request)
- Receive, review and respond to your quote, information or technical advisory requests.
- Prepare and send technical and commercial proposals.
- Follow up on your request.
- Coordinate the sale, manufacturing, delivery, installation, training or technical service you contract.

4. Data transfers
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We may transfer your data without your consent where the law allows it, for example to competent authorities when legally required.
Providers of web hosting, email, form handling and traffic analytics process your data only on our behalf and under our instructions.
5. ARCO rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, rectify it if inaccurate or incomplete, cancel it when you consider it is no longer needed, and object to its processing for specific purposes.
To exercise these rights, email ventas@3dvent.solutions with the subject "ARCO rights", including:
- Your name and a way to reply to you.
- A document proving your identity or that of your legal representative.
- A clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.
- Any document that helps locate your data.
We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law, counted from receipt of your complete request.
6. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time using the procedure above. In some cases we may not be able to do so immediately if a legal obligation requires us to keep processing your data, and withdrawal may prevent us from continuing to handle your request.
7. Limiting use or disclosure
You can ask us to stop sending marketing communications by emailing ventas@3dvent.solutions.
